Can I Afford Bankruptcy In Tennessee?

If you are contemplating bankruptcy, you likely wonder if you can afford the costs associated with bankruptcy. For the vast majority of individuals who contact my office, the answer is yes.

I am attorney Steven F. Bilsky. I practice exclusively in bankruptcy law to provide each of my clients with experienced and knowledgeable representation. I have been practicing in bankruptcy law for more than 39 years, and I have helped thousands of clients find solutions to difficult debt problems.

I Make Bankruptcy Affordable

I believe it is important to provide affordable legal services to enable individuals with debt problems to have access to an experienced bankruptcy lawyer. If you file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy there are upfront fees, but I break the fees into affordable payments.

If you file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the fees are added into your Chapter 13 debt repayment plan, which typically lasts between 36 and 60 months.

I offer a free initial consultation and case evaluation to answer your questions about bankruptcy and to help you determine if bankruptcy is right for you. So, finding out about bankruptcy costs you nothing. I can also help you determine which type of bankruptcy is best suited to meet your needs.

Do Not Delay

At your initial consultation, I can help you prepare for bankruptcy. There are many issues to discuss prior to filing for bankruptcy. If filing for bankruptcy quickly is necessary to avoid home foreclosure, stop an auto repossession, stop a wage garnishment or obtain other debt relief in a timely fashion, however, I can file for bankruptcy on your behalf in an expedited fashion.
